"When I first joined FLVAC in 2019, I was really nervous and wasn’t really sure what to expect. However, in my time being here I have met the most supportive and caring people, and was able to fit right in. Becoming an EMT has allowed me to help others and make a difference in someone’s life. Knowing that I can make someone’s bad day even a little better is extremely rewarding. Something I really love about being an EMT is every call you go on is different and you never really know what to expect! FLVAC has given me the opportunity to step
out of my comfort zone as well as gain important skills, knowledge, and experience. The memories and friends that I have made here so far will always be apart of me. I am extremely grateful to be apart of such an incredible organization that allows me to continue to grow and develop as an EMT.
